Assembly technology
High-speed assembly of winding supports for relay coils
This assembly line consists of a linear curve-controlled conveyer belt with five stations. In the first station, the magnetic core is taken from the separator, then oriented in the rotated position using an AC servo in an intermediate station and placed in the correct position on the conveyer belt. At the second station, the brass bushes are aligned, and the parts are then forwarded to the third station. Here, the bushes are pressed onto the magnetic core, with path and force monitored. At the fourth station, the winding support is oriented, then mounted. Finally, at the fifth station, the finished part winding support is taken from the conveyer belt and placed on a workpiece carrier by linear servo for further processing.
Fully automatic bolting of passenger car starters
In this plant a relay will be assembled with the drive bearing of the passenger car starters with three screws at the same time. Six screws will be applied pneumatically. The screwing process is controlled in terms of torsion angle and torque. The machine uses six Bosh screw spindles, the cycle time is under three seconds.
